About Me

Hello! My name is Carolyn Molinaro and I am the founder of Molinaro Coaching. I am passionate about coaching and helping others reach their full potential. I am a Co-Active™-trained coach who coaches individuals & leaders to achieve fulfillment, balance, and success in their personal & professional lives.

I've worked for Google for fifteen years and am a People Partner for executives. As a People Partner for both Google and X (an Alphabet company), I have coached many dozens of executives (C-level executives at X; S/VPs & Directors at Google; former CEOs of startups acquired by Google), managers, and individuals for over six years now.

I've never felt more alive and energized than when I'm coaching others, helping my clients grow and realize their full potential, and witnessing firsthand the enormous impact their personal & professional growth creates for themselves and others. Simply put, my calling is to help others develop, grow, and live a fulfilling life.

As a coach, I will support yet stretch you, encourage deep self-reflection, challenge you, offer new perspectives, and help you unlock greater personal growth, self-awareness, and fulfillment.
